Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items with precision, ensuring quality and presentation meet high standards Serve guests promptly and courteously, providing attentive and friendly service throughout their dining experience Mix and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, and non-alcoholic drinks, maintaining a lively bar environment Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, bar area, and dining space in compliance with food safety regulations Handle food preparation tasks such as chopping, plating, and portioning ingredients efficiently Support events or special functions by providing excellent service and food handling expertise Skills Extensive restaurant experience with a solid understanding of food service operations Strong culinary skills including food preparation, cooking techniques, and knife skills Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Experience in dining environments is highly desirable Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Excellent communication skills to engage with guests and team members effectively Familiarity with culinary procedures or dietary aide experience is a plus for accommodating special requests This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your culinary talents or delivering outstanding guest experiences.
