Job Description
Overview With our college aged employees getting ready to head back to school, we are looking for a couple more Barbacks/Bussers. We are a fast paced, fun environment! We operate a Patio with live music and sporting events year-round as well as have bowling and dart leagues all Fall and into Spring. We do not have a seasonal slowdown like some restaurants/bars. Our Barback/Bussers play an important role in ensuring that our guests receive their drink orders promptly and efficiently, assist with ensuring guest tables remain clear from debris. They are integral to contributing to an exceptional dining experience. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with kitchen staff, bartenders and servers. Duties Assist in setting up and breaking down special events and other functions as needed. Help maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and kitchen. Stocking each bar area with necessary products for each shift and throughout each shift Duties Assist in setting up and breaking down special events and other functions as needed. Collaborate with servers to ensure seamless service during busy periods, particularly on weekend evenings when we have entertainment. Qualifications Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and guests. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Experience with barback/busser/support services is beneficial but not required. Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed. A positive attitude and a commitment to providing excellent customer service are essential.
