Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, spirits, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair Engage with guests to provide personalized recommendations, ensuring an outstanding customer experience Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards Process cash and card transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Develop new beverage recipes and suggest creative drink options to keep the menu fresh and exciting Manage bar inventory, restocking supplies efficiently while minimizing waste Collaborate with restaurant staff to coordinate service during busy hours, including catering events and banquets Uphold responsible alcohol service policies, checking IDs and monitoring guest consumption for safety Requirements Proven experience in bartending within fine dining, nightclub, or hospitality settings; cocktail experience and mixology skills are essential Strong knowledge of spirits, wine varieties, brewing processes, and beverage recipe development Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; cash handling experience is required Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally Ability to manage time effectively in high-pressure environments while multitasking seamlessly Food handling certification and knowledge of food safety standards preferred Experience in food service or restaurant environments; banquet or catering experience is a plus Basic math skills for retail math, cash handling, and processing transactions confidently Knowledge of beverage trends including craft beer and brewing techniques is advantageous Nightclub experience or experience working during late hours is desirable Embark on an exciting journey where your passion for hospitality meets your talent for mixology!
