Employee discounts Hotel Bartender We are looking for a friendly, professional, and experienced Hotel Bartender to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate provides exceptional guest service while preparing and serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in a welcoming, upscale environment. Responsibilities Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently. Provide friendly, attentive service and create a positive experience for hotel guests. Take beverage and food orders, process payments, and maintain accurate tabs. Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area. Follow all food safety, alcohol service, and hotel policies. Check identification and ensure responsible alcohol service. Communicate effectively with guests, servers, kitchen staff, and hotel management. Assist with setting up and closing the bar, including cleaning and restocking. Handle guest requests and concerns professionally and promptly. Maintain a professional appearance and represent the hotel positively at all times. Qualifications Previous bartending or hospitality experience preferred. Strong customer service and communication skills. Knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
