Plaza Lanes is seeking superstars! Come join our team as a Barback! If you are looking for a fun, fast-paced, and flexible work schedule and environment, this job is for you! (Entry-Level job, great for College Students!)DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide excellent customer service to guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist with lane operations such as cleaning tables and approaches, putting away balls off the ball return, and other various cleaning tasks around the center
- Assist Bartenders with loading of coolers and changing of beer kegs
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the alley
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Perform other work related duties as needed
MINIMUM QUALITIES
(KNOWLEGESKILLS AND ABILITIES
): Physical stamina to lift and carry heavy items (dishes, tubs, etc.) Previous restaurant experience strongly preferred High energy and stamina are required Ability to stay calm and work efficiently under pressure Ability to prioritize job duties and manage time effectively Strong verbal communication skills required Willingness to work evenings/nights and weekends as required Excellent customer service to treat patrons like family Ability to read menus, safety documents, and other work-related documents Knowledge of 10-pin bowling and leagues strongly preferred, but not required Ages 18 and up preferred, but not requiredJob Types:
