Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and take accurate food and beverage orders with enthusiasm and professionalism Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and spirits, adhering to established recipes and presentation standards Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process cash, credit card transactions, and manage tabs efficiently Maintain a clean and organized bar area in compliance with food safety standards and sanitation protocols Assist with beverage recipe development to introduce new drinks that excite our clientele Manage multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously while providing attentive customer service Support bar management in inventory control, stock replenishment, and ordering supplies as needed Qualifications Proven experience in bartending or serving within a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment, preferably with fine dining or nightclub experience Strong knowledge of mixology, beverage recipes, wine varieties, spirits, and craft beer trends Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing transactions accurately Excellent time management skills to handle high-volume service periods efficiently Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding customer service with a positive attitude Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and food industry operations Food safety certification or knowledge of proper food handling procedures is preferred Experience in catering or banquet settings is a plus but not required Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to creating memorable moments through exceptional service! $22.59 - $27.20 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
