About Us:

Playoffs Sports Bar & Grill is a neighborhood bar with a freshly renovated interior and new patio space. We're building a friendly, versatile team to deliver great service, food, and atmosphere for our guests.

Job Overview:

We're looking for experienced Bartenders, Servers, and Bar Cooks who are comfortable taking on multiple roles during a shift. Our smaller team structure means you may cover both front-of-house and kitchen tasks at times — but it also means bigger tip opportunities , since tips aren't split with a cook on those shifts.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve drinks and food according to standard recipes and guidelines Take customer orders, make recommendations, and provide friendly service Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in bar and kitchen areas Operate Toast POS efficiently and handle transactions accurately Check customer ID for age verification when serving alcohol Upsell and promote specials to maximize sales

Qualifications:

1+ year of experience in bartending, serving, or cooking (preferred) Strong customer service skills and a team-player attitude Familiarity with food handling and safety procedures Comfortable working in a fast-paced bar environment Experience with POS systems (Toast a plus)
