Job Description
Overview Join our vibrant hospitality team as a dynamic and energetic Bartender! In this role, you will be the heart of the bar experience, creating memorable moments for guests through exceptional service, expertly crafted drinks, and a lively atmosphere. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience. Manage POS systems such as Toast and Micros POS to process orders accurately, handle cash transactions, and maintain detailed sales records. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and health regulations. Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure a safe environment. Restock bar supplies efficiently during shifts to meet demand without delay. Collaborate with kitchen staff for timely food service during catering or banquet events, supporting overall team efforts. Qualifications Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings; previous retail or food service experience is advantageous. Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast or Micros POS; strong cash handling skills are essential. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally. Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy shifts. Knowledge of food safety practices, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service regulations. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, sales calculations, and inventory management. Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and special events such as banquets or catering functions.
