Provide exceptional customer service by engaging guests, taking orders, and ensuring their experience exceeds expectations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and health regulations. Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and monitor alcohol consumption to ensure responsible service. Collaborate with restaurant staff to coordinate food and beverage service during busy hours or special events like banquets and catering functions. Qualifications Proven experience in bartending within fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or hospitality settings. Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, beverage recipes, spirits, wine varieties, and brewing processes. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing transactions smoothly. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours. Previous experience with food handling, food safety standards, and responsible alcohol service. Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and special event shifts.
