Duties Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and spirits, ensuring consistency with established recipes and presentation standards Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, providing personalized recommendations based on preferences and menu offerings Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process transactions swiftly and accurately while handling cash and credit card payments responsibly Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, dining space, and service stations in compliance with food safety standards Engage with guests to create a welcoming environment, answer questions about menu items including beverage recipes, wine pairings, and food options Assist in food service by delivering dishes promptly and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their visit Support bar management by restocking supplies, managing inventory levels, and assisting with beverage recipe development to enhance our offerings Uphold all food handling procedures, alcohol service regulations, and safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff Experience Proven experience in bartending or serving within the hospitality industry, preferably in fine dining or upscale venues Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for processing transactions efficiently Demonstrated expertise in mixology, cocktail creation, wine knowledge, craft beer selection, spirits handling, and beverage recipe development Previous experience with food service operations including catering or banquet settings is highly desirable Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while managing multiple tasks seamlessly Familiarity with food safety standards, basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations, and experience working with POS systems Ability to manage time effectively in fast-paced environments such as nightclubs or busy restaurants while maintaining high-quality service standards Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering memorable experiences through exceptional drinks and attentive service!
