Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as TOAST Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and spirits, with precision and flair Ensure all food handling and safety standards are maintained in accordance with health regulations Process cash transactions efficiently while managing tabs and processing payments accurately Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, tables, and dining space to ensure a safe environment Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy hours, including nights and weekends Skills Strong knowledge of wine varieties, craft beer, and spirits Proven ability in food service environments Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach Familiarity with food safety standards, proper food handling, and basic math for cash handling and retail math calculations Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality industry roles such as bartending or bar management is highly valued Embark on a rewarding journey where your enthusiasm fuels memorable guest experiences!
