Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and spirits with precision and flair. Take food and beverage orders accurately using Toast POS, ensuring timely delivery. Engage with guests to provide personalized recommendations, promote specials, and enhance their overall dining experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards. Process cash transactions efficiently while managing tabs and handling credit card payments securely. Manage bar inventory levels, restock supplies as needed, and assist with bar tasks to ensure smooth operations. Experience Proven experience in bartending or serving within a restaurant or hospitality setting, preferably with casual dining or nightclub experience. Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, cocktail recipes, wine varieties, brewing processes, and spirits. Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast POS for order processing and cash handling. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders efficiently during busy hours. Demonstrated ability in customer service with a friendly attitude that fosters guest loyalty. Experience in food handling, food safety procedures, catering events, banquet service or retail math is advantageous.
