We are building a high-end billiards and lounge experience focused on hospitality, great drinks, and creating an enjoyable atmosphere for every guest. Pay $6 per hour +Tip Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience and promote sales. Manage bar inventory, including restocking supplies, monitoring stock levels, and placing orders as needed to maintain seamless service. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS efficiently for order processing, cash handling, and sales tracking. Maintain food safety standards by adhering to proper food handling procedures and cleanliness protocols at all times. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and basic math calculations for bills and tips. Collaborate with kitchen staff during catering or banquet events to ensure timely serving of food and beverages. Uphold responsible alcohol service policies by checking IDs and monitoring guest consumption to ensure safety. Qualifications Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings is highly preferred. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is essential for efficient order processing. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while maintaining professionalism. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy shifts. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques in the food industry. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and calculating bills accurately. Experience in serving alcohol responsibly in hospitality environments like nightclubs or catering events is a plus.
