Full Job Description Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive and enjoyable experience for our guests. If you have a passion for mixology and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.Duties:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests
- Take orders from customers and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Check identification to ensure legal drinking age
- Collect payment and operate cash register or POS system
- Monitor alcohol consumption and prevent over-intoxication
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
Skills:
- Strong math skills for accurately calculating bills and making change
- Knowledge of the food industry, including food safety practices
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to provide personalized recommendations
- Hospitality mindset with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Experience using Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is preferred
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of bartending techniques, drink recipes, and mixology trends
