We are looking for hospitality ambassadors who can blend professional etiquette with a vibrant personality to keep our guests smiling and laughing while navigating a high-volume shift. About the Role At Cantina 22 , we aren't just pouring drinks; we are curators of an elevated guest experience. We need bartenders who can navigate a fast-paced floor without losing their cool or their commitment to perfect presentation .

What You'll Do Expert Mixology:

Craft signature cocktails with precision while maintaining a deep knowledge of our curated agave spirits and wine list.

Culinary Ambassadorship:

Provide detailed menu descriptions, pairing recommendations, and ensure every guest understands the "why" behind our high-end ingredients.

Elevated Hospitality:

Execute service at a high standard, anticipating guest needs before they arise.

Vibe Management:

Bring an upbeat, positive, and professional personality to a high-energy environment. What We're Looking For 2+ years of high-volume bartending experience Strong culinary literacy —you should be as comfortable talking about flavor profiles as you are shaking a drink.
