• short order cook
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
• Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area
• Check identification to ensure customers are of legal drinking age
• Adhere to all relevant food safety regulations and guidelines
• Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Monitor customer behavior and intervene when necessary to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders ```Skills```
• Food handling: Knowledge of safe food handling practices to ensure the health and safety of customers

• Hospitality:

  Ability to provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests
• Basic math: Proficiency in basic math skills for accurately calculating bills, making change, and managing inventory
• Food service: Familiarity with food service procedures, including taking orders, serving food, and clearing tables

• Catering:

  Experience in catering events and managing large groups of customers
• Cash handling: Skill in accurately handling cash transactions, including counting money, giving change, and processing credit card payments

• Sales:

  Ability to upsell menu items and promote specials to increase sales revenue
