Low Bar is a fast-paced, high-energy bar known for great drinks, great vibes, and great service. We're looking for a hardworking, reliable Barback to support our bartenders and help keep the bar running smoothly on our busiest nights. We are seeking to hire a part-time barback. Come prepared to learn exciting handcrafted cocktails, bourbon and fine spirit knowledge in addition to supporting your teammates. Must work well with others in a team setting. Also, this position requires energy, punctuality, organization, multi-tasking and above all friendliness to customers. The ideal candidate would be an individual with open availability, and the ability and desire to fill a variety of roles such as host, server, and barback.

Responsibilities:

Restock beer, liquor, wine, and other bar supplies throughout service Maintain clean and organized bar stations, glassware, and front-of-house areas Assist bartenders with garnishes, ice, and ingredients as needed Collect and wash glassware promptly Empty trash, replace liners, and ensure cleanliness standards are met Help with setup and breakdown before and after shifts Support the team during rush periods to ensure excellent customer service

Qualifications:

Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment Must have Friday and Saturday evening availability (additional shifts may be available)
