Overview Join the Pretty Penny Steakhouse family as a Bartender and become the heartbeat of our lively steakhouse! In this role, you'll craft exceptional drinks, deliver memorable customer experiences, and create an inviting atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. Your expertise in beverage service, combined with a passion for hospitality, will help us set the standard for excellence at the premier steakhouse in Traverse City. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring each drink meets quality standards. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience and foster repeat business. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling regulations at all times. Monitor guest consumption responsibly, identify signs of intoxication, and implement appropriate service protocols. Restock bar supplies efficiently during shifts to ensure seamless service without interruptions. Have a total understanding of both food and beverage menus to help curate a memorable experience for all guests. Skills Proven experience in food service or hospitality environments, especially within fine dining or nightclub settings. Excellent time management skills to handle busy service periods while maintaining attention to detail. Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests warmly and professionally. Familiarity with food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service practices. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate billing.
Pay:
$13.78 - $40.00 per hour
