Job Description
Hiring bartender for private club bar & dinner service on Wednesdays & Friday, with additional special events. Great side-gig twice a week! Bartender in private club environment. The clientele are all repeating customers drawn from the membership. In addition to regular bartending, responsibilities including being point of sale & expeditor for food service. Knowledge of wine a plus. Scheduled service is on Wednesdays and Friday, plus occasional weekend events. Especially hiring for Wednesdays. Includes Opportunities to work featured weekend events and private events related to the club Compensation includes basic hourly rate plus tips. Combined take-home pay is well above market standard per shift. Typical work shift 8 to 9 hours, starting with set-up at 2:30 pm Prior bartending or high-volume bar/restaurant service experience preferred. Must be at least 21 years of age. Valid Michigan alcohol server certification (TIPS, ServSafe, or equivalent) or willing to obtain before starting. Strong communication skills with a member-first hospitality mindset. Ability to stand on your feet for several hours and lift up to 40 lbs (ice buckets, cases of beer/wine). Applicants should detail their bartending experience.
