Duties Safely transport food and beverages from the kitchen or bar to guest tables, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining food quality and presentation standards Assist with food preparation tasks such as plating, garnishing, or portioning under the guidance of kitchen staff Clear and buss tables promptly after guests leave, ensuring cleanliness and readiness for new guests Maintain cleanliness in work areas by cleaning surfaces, utensils, and equipment according to food safety standards Handle heavy lifting safely when moving supplies, stock, or equipment around the restaurant or bar area Communicate effectively with servers, bartenders, kitchen staff, and management to coordinate service flow and guest needs Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with a strong understanding of food handling and safety protocols Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting with safe lifting practices Excellent in-person customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude Knowledge of POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms for order processing and transactions Familiarity with food safety standards and proper sanitation procedures Strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with team members and assist guests efficiently Experience in bussing tables, cleaning stations, and supporting kitchen or bar operations Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Join us in creating memorable dining experiences!
