MUST HAVE BARTENDING EXPERIENCE!

! The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, serving drinks, and ensuring that all patrons have an enjoyable experience. You will play a key role in maintaining the bar area and adhering to food safety standards. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and delivering drinks promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Assist with catering events as needed, providing beverage service in a professional manner. Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, and supplies; assist with ordering as necessary. Adhere to food safety regulations and ensure compliance with health standards. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during busy periods. Qualifications Previous experience in the food industry or bartending is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Basic math skills for cash handling and sales transactions. Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus. Knowledge of food safety practices is essential. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
