Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring each drink meets quality standards. Engage with members in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience and promote repeat business. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times. Manage the POS transactions accurately using Northstar Monitor member consumption responsibly, ensuring compliance with legal drinking age regulations and promoting safe drinking practices. Restock bar supplies efficiently during shifts to keep the bar fully equipped for service peaks. Collaborate with kitchen staff and event coordinators during catering, banquet events, or special nights to ensure seamless service delivery. Requirements Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining establishments, clubs, or banquet settings is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of POS systems for efficient order processing. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders swiftly during busy hours while maintaining high-quality service. Demonstrated customer service skills with an energetic attitude that creates a welcoming environment for all guests. Ability to handle food safety standards and proper food handling procedures diligently. Basic math skills for accurate cashiering, retail math calculations, and tab management. Experience in food industry roles such as serving or catering is advantageous; retail math knowledge is a plus. Familiarity with beverage brewing processes or hospitality operations enhances your ability to serve diverse guest preferences effectively. Must be 18 years or older with valid certifications where applicable; previous country club or banquet experience is preferred but not required.
