Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, spirits, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards Process cash and card transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS Develop and suggest beverage recipes to keep the menu fresh and exciting Manage bar inventory, restocking supplies as needed, and tracking consumption for efficient stock control Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during busy hours and special events such as banquets or catering functions Uphold responsible alcohol service policies and monitor guest behavior to promote a safe environment Assist in bar management duties including opening/closing procedures and training new team members Skills Extensive knowledge of mixology techniques, spirits, wine varieties, craft beers, and beverage recipe development Proven experience in fine dining environments, nightclubs, or banquet settings with a focus on hospitality excellence Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing transactions efficiently Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders during peak hours without compromising quality Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests and create a welcoming atmosphere Experience in food handling, food safety standards, and responsible alcohol service practices Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced settings while maintaining professionalism Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate order processing Join us as a vital part of our hospitality team where your passion for beverages and dedication to exceptional service will shine.
