Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, wine, spirits, and craft beers, utilizing your mixology expertise and beverage recipe development skills Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests promptly and efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests warmly, answering questions about menu items, and ensuring their satisfaction throughout their visit Manage cash transactions accurately, process payments swiftly, and handle cash handling responsibilities with integrity Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and food handling standards Assist in food service when needed, including serving meals at the bar or in designated dining areas such as banquet or catering events Support bar management by monitoring inventory levels, restocking supplies, and tracking sales to optimize operations Qualifications Proven experience in bartending and serving within the hospitality industry; fine dining or nightclub experience is highly desirable Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and cash handling Demonstrated expertise in mixology, cocktail creation, wine knowledge, spirits, and brewing techniques Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables and orders efficiently during busy hours Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members to ensure smooth service flow Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and managing retail math calculations Experience with beverage recipe development and crafting unique drinks to enhance guest satisfaction Join us if you're passionate about delivering energetic service experiences!
