Overview We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our dynamic hospitality team. In this role, you will craft exceptional beverages, deliver outstanding customer service, and create memorable experiences for our guests. Your enthusiasm and expertise will contribute to the lively atmosphere that makes our resort stand out. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards Process cash and card transactions accurately using POS systems Develop new beverage recipes and suggest drink pairings to guests to boost sales Restock bar supplies regularly and monitor inventory levels to ensure availability of popular items Collaborate with restaurant staff to coordinate service during busy periods and special events Requirements Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining or hospitality settings, with a strong knowledge of mixology techniques Familiarity with POS systems ; experience with cash handling and processing transactions efficiently Knowledge of beverage recipes, spirits, wine varieties, craft beers, and food pairing principles Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours Food safety certification or knowledge of food handling standards preferred Previous experience in restaurant or banquet settings is advantageous; catering or retail math skills are a plus Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays Join us at Arrowwood Resort and Conference Center where your passion for hospitality can shine! Pay:
$12.00 - $26.37 per hour
