Job Summary Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Bartender, where you will be the heart of the bar experience! Your expertise in mixology, beverage presentation, and hospitality will help foster a welcoming atmosphere that keeps patrons coming back. Duties Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience and promote sales. Manage cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; process payments swiftly and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards at all times. Develop new beverage recipes and craft innovative cocktails to excite our guests and keep the menu fresh. Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies as needed, and assist with ordering beverage stock to ensure seamless service. Collaborate with restaurant staff to coordinate food and beverage service during busy hours or special events like banquets or catering functions. Uphold responsible alcohol service practices by checking IDs, managing intoxicated guests, and following all legal regulations. Experience Proven bartending experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably within fine dining or hospitality settings. Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, cocktail recipes, wine varieties, craft beers, spirits, and beverage presentation. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for processing sales accurately. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while managing multiple tasks efficiently. Experience in food handling, food safety protocols, and sanitation standards within the food industry. Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume periods while maintaining attention to detail. Previous experience with cash handling, retail math, or cashiering is highly desirable.
