Join the Donatelli's team as a Server, Host, or Bartender at our new Bloomington location and become the heartbeat of our lively dining experience! In these dynamic roles, you will deliver exceptional guest service, craft memorable beverage and food experiences, while ensuring every visitor feels welcomed and valued. Whether you're taking orders at the table, managing reservations, or mixing up signature cocktails, your energy and hospitality will elevate our guests' time with us. Donatelli's offers a fantastic opportunity to showcase your skills in a fast-paced, fun environment while developing your career in the food and beverage industry. Opening late September. Hosts $14-$16 per hour + tips Server and Bartender $11.41 + tips Requirements Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred. Servers must be 18 or older. Bartenders must be 21 or older. Host must be 16 or older. Familiarity with POS systems like Toast is preferred for FOH positions. Strong knowledge of current cocktails, spirits, wine varieties for bar positions is preferred. Strong time management skills . Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally. Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and handling cash confidently. Food safety certification or willingness to obtain one; understanding of sanitation practices in food handling environments. Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed in a fast-paced restaurant setting.
