Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Bartender Supervisor to lead our bar team in delivering exceptional service and memorable experiences. Duties Supervise and coordinate bartending staff to ensure smooth and efficient service during all shifts Lead by example in crafting high-quality cocktails, utilizing extensive cocktail experience and beverage recipe development skills Ensure compliance with food safety standards, alcohol regulations, and proper food handling procedures Train staff on POS systems, member service excellence, and responsible alcohol service practices Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with health regulations Promote a team-oriented environment that encourages professional growth and high morale Experience Proven experience in bartending with a strong background in mixology, spirits knowledge, wine expertise, and cocktail creation Previous supervisory or bar management experience in a fast-paced hospitality setting Extensive food service experience within restaurants or fine dining environments Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is essential for processing transactions efficiently Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively during busy periods while maintaining attention to detail Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Experience with beverage recipe development and crafting innovative cocktails is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs professionally Catering or banquet experience is a plus for supporting special events Join our team as a Bartender Supervisor where your leadership fuels an energetic atmosphere!
