December-April Spirit Mountain is hiring a Bartender/Server to join our team! This is your opportunity to work in a fun and dynamic environment across any one of our restaurants or bars. As a Bartender/Server, you will provide an excellent dining and drinking experience for our guests, ensuring they enjoy their time on the mountain.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including crafting cocktails, while following all food and beverage regulations. Interact with customers by taking orders, making food and drink recommendations, and ensuring a friendly, guest-focused experience. Verify identification to ensure legal drinking age compliance. Restock and maintain bar inventory, keeping the bar area clean and polished. Operate the point of sale system to process payments (cash, credit cards, discounts, etc.) and handle money responsibly in accordance with company policies.

Requirements:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS 18

years of age or older Numeracy and cash-handling skills and the ability to reconcile their register using the Point of Sale System Able to work flexible schedules Able to work in a standing position for long periods

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Proven working experience as a bartender. Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks. Computer literacy. Positive attitude and excellent communication skills. Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean. Relevant training certificate.

PHYSICAL REQUIRMENTS

Ability to stand/walk for prolonged periods of time. Ability to lift to 30 pounds.
