As the Banquet Bartender, you'll be a familiar face in a variety of outlets, delivering exceptional service with confidence and care. What You'll Do Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages based on established recipes and procedures Keep your station clean, stocked, and ready to go—every shift, no surprises Follow Grand Casino's cash handling and over/short policies with accuracy and care Take and fill drink orders efficiently and courteously Use your knowledge of menus and offerings to provide friendly, suggestive service Communicate with Banquet Captains, Servers, and team members to keep things running smoothly Handle guest questions and concerns with respect and quick solutions Support the team with side work, opening/closing duties, and other outlet coverage as needed (including room service and amphitheater venues) Stay in the know about safety, regulations, and responsibilities under the Dram Shop Act Maintain clean, sanitary workspaces that meet health regulations You'll Thrive If You Like consistency and a team-first mindset Show up early, stay calm, and follow through Take pride in a clean, organized workspace Enjoy helping Guests have great experiences Appreciate clear expectations, fair scheduling, and mutual respect What You'll Get Stability + Team

What You Bring One year of bartending and/or serving experience Completion of Alcohol Awareness Training within 2 months of hire Strong knowledge of drink recipes, safe serving practices, and customer care Calm, reliable presence and a love for great service Must be able to secure a license from Gaming Regulatory Authority (GRA) Responsible for following all relevant Detailed Gaming Regulations (DGR's) Mille Lacs Band Member and American Indian preference will be exercised in the hiring process Physical Requirements and Work Environment Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by Guest needs or event schedules.
