Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender/Server to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a a strong commitment to providing exceptional hospitality. As a Server/Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, serving customers, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere that enhances the overall guest experience. This is a part-time floating position. Server needed Friday nights from 4:30pm - 8:30pm. Bartender needed around once a week, maybe more depending on event schedule and coverage schedule. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and equipment. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments through the POS system. Engage with guests to provide excellent service, taking orders and making recommendations based on their preferences. Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, and supplies; assist with ordering as needed. Adhere to all food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines. Assist with banquet services or special events as required, ensuring timely and efficient service. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during peak hours. Experience Previous experience in bartending is required. Strong cash handling skills and familiarity with POS systems are essential. Excellent time management abilities to handle busy shifts effectively while maintaining high-quality service. Knowledge of brewing techniques or cocktail recipes is a plus but not mandatory. A background in hospitality or retail math can enhance your application but is not required.
