Operating equipment and bladed tools following safety standards. Ability to effectively communicate in English (verbal and written). Elevated knowledge of wine, spirits and beer. Experience serving food. Ability to describe & make menu recommendations. Highly developed interpersonal skills. Basic bookkeeping knowledge. Working knowledge of point-of-sale systems. High level of stamina to work on feet for extended periods. Maintaining food safety and sanitation standards. Executing opening and closing procedures. Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
