Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a 2 years experienced professional Bartender to join our dynamic hospitality team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment, with experience in various food and beverage settings. This role involves preparing and serving drinks, engaging with guests, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Candidates should be familiar with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, possess strong time management skills, and have a background in fine dining or nightclub environments. Prior experience in banquet service, catering, or food handling is highly valued. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently using POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS. Engage with guests to provide excellent customer service, ensuring a memorable experience. Manage cash handling and cashiering responsibilities with accuracy, including basic math and retail math skills. Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in accordance with health regulations. Restock bar supplies, garnishes, and glassware as needed to ensure smooth service. Assist in setting up for events such as banquets or catering functions when required. Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and adherence to safety policies. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient bar operations during busy nights or events such as nightclubs or large parties. Experience Previous experience working in food service, restaurant, or retail environments is preferred. Experience with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS is highly desirable. Fine dining, nightclub, banquet, or catering experience is a plus. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and responsible alcohol service. Proven ability to manage time effectively during high-volume periods. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs gracefully. Basic math skills necessary for cash handling, making change, and sales transactions. Familiarity with hospitality industry standards related to food handling, brewing processes, and food industry regulations is beneficial.
