The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, serving customers, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Interact with customers in a friendly manner, taking orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences. Operate cash registers and point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately to process transactions. Monitor inventory levels of drinks and supplies, restocking as necessary to ensure smooth operations. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service practices. Assist in the training of new staff members on bar procedures and customer service standards. Qualifications Previous experience in food service or hospitality, preferably in a nightclub or bar setting. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with patrons. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change accurately. Familiarity with operating cash registers and POS systems is preferred. Knowledge of brewing techniques and various drink recipes is a plus. Ability to work well under pressure during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail.
