The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food and beverage industry, particularly in fine dining and nightlife settings. As a Mixologist, you will be responsible for creating innovative cocktails, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests. Your expertise in various POS systems, along with your ability to manage time effectively, will contribute to the overall success of our establishment. Responsibilities Craft and serve a diverse range of cocktails and beverages with precision and creativity. Engage with customers to provide recommendations and ensure satisfaction with their drink selections. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety standards. Operate Aloha POS or Micros POS systems for order processing and cash handling. Collaborate with kitchen staff during banquets or catering events to ensure seamless service. Demonstrate excellent time management skills during peak hours to enhance service efficiency. Handle cash transactions accurately while providing exceptional customer service. Stay updated on industry trends, new cocktail recipes, and techniques to enhance the drink menu. Experience Proven experience as a Mixologist or Bartender in a fine dining or nightclub environment is preferred. Familiarity with Aloha POS or Micros POS systems is a plus. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations within the food industry. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and retail math calculations. Previous experience in catering or banquet service is advantageous. A passion for brewing and mixology, along with a creative approach to beverage preparation.
