SUMMARY Responsible for the beverage service to Guests, Cocktailers and/or Food Servers in an assigned outlet ensuring efficient and prompt service for guests.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES OF THE POSITION

Responsible for the mixing and serving alcoholic beverages and/or non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and procedures. Responsible for the mixing and serving beverages in a service station capacity to Beverage Servers in a prompt and efficient manner. Responsible for receiving, issuing and keeping necessary records of liquor store and supplies. Responsible for balancing sales in compliance with the Cash Handling and Over/Short Policy. Maintain a neat and clean bar station on a continual basis. Knowledge of the Dram Shop Act and Bartenders' responsibilities and rights under it. Knowledge of all beverage regulations. Participate as a team member with all Cocktailers, Casino Utilities, Servers, and Supervisors and any pertinent Grand Casino's Associates to ensure efficient operational standard. EXPERIENCE

Previous Bartending experience of one year. Alcohol Awareness Training within 2 months.
