Job Description

Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender/server to join our dynamic team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for serving beverages, and ensuring that guests have a memorable experience. Your expertise in the food and beverage industry, along with your ability to manage time effectively, will contribute to the overall success of our establishment. Duties Prepare food and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and health regulations. Engage with customers, providing excellent service while taking drink orders and offering recommendations. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order entry and payment processing. Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Uphold high standards of hospitality while managing multiple tasks. Qualifications Previous bartending experience is preferred - but willing to train. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques. Proficiency in basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations. Must be able to multi-task Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment are essential for success in this role.
