Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision adhering to all food safety and handling standards Engage with guests in a friendly manner and promote sales of drinks, food and related offerings Manage POS systems for accurate order processing and cash handling Maintain cleanliness and organization of the entire establishment-ensuring compliance with health regulations and food safety standards Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and basic math calculations for change and totals Restock bar supplies regularly and communicate needs promptly to owner.
