• Part-time, Full-time Job Overview Beetles Bar and Grill is looking for energetic, reliable, and guest-focused Bartenders/Servers to join our team.

We're a fast-paced neighborhood bar and grill known for great food, strong drinks, and creating a fun, welcoming atmosphere for our guests and staff. Responsibilities Provide friendly and attentive customer service Take food and beverage orders accurately Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and promotions Upsell food and beverage items when appropriate Handle cash and POS transactions responsibly Keep bar, tables, and service areas clean and organized Complete side work and opening/closing duties Work as a team to ensure smooth service during busy shifts Follow all food safety and alcohol service guidelines Qualifications Previous serving or bartending experience preferred Positive attitude and strong communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed Must meet Minnesota age requirements for alcohol service What We Offer Flexible scheduling Competitive hourly pay + tips Fun and supportive work environment Opportunity for growth within the company Apply today and become part of the Beetles Bar and Grill team!
