Responsibilities Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, spirits, wine, and craft beers, adhering to established recipes and presentation standards Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Lightspeed POS ensuring timely delivery Engage with guests to recommend drinks, answer questions about menu items, and enhance their overall experience with friendly and attentive service Process cash transactions efficiently while maintaining accuracy in cash handling and retail math calculations Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and beverage stations in compliance with food safety standards Assist in beverage recipe development to introduce new cocktails or seasonal offerings that excite our patrons Support bar management by monitoring inventory levels, restocking supplies, and minimizing waste through proper food handling practices Requirements Proven experience in bartending or serving within the hospitality industry; fine dining or banquet experience is highly desirable Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Lightspeed Restaurant for order processing and sales tracking Knowledge in mixology techniques, beverage recipe development, spirits knowledge, and wine pairings. Willing to train.
