The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food and beverage industry. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating memorable experiences for our guests by serving quality food, drinks and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is in good working condition. Interact with customers to take food and drink orders, provide recommendations, and ensure satisfaction with their experience. Handle cash and process transactions using the POS system accurately. Assist in food handling when necessary, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during busy periods. Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to coordinate catering events as needed. Stay updated on drink trends, brewing techniques, and new menu items to enhance guest experience. Qualifications Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar role within the food industry is preferred. Strong knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations. Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change accurately. Familiarity with brewing processes is a plus. Proficient in using POS systems for order processing. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. Must be of legal age to serve alcohol in accordance with local laws and regulations.
