Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Bartender and Server to join our cafe team. You will act as the face of our bar and cafe while managing tables on the dining floor. The ideal candidate has knowledge of building customer rapport, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Core Responsibilities
• Manage the
Bar :
Pour draft, bottled and can beers, maintain clean glassware, and manage bar inventory.

Provide Full Table Service :
Take food and drink orders, deliver items accurately, and handle guest payments efficiently.
•
Uphold Safety and Compliance :
Check customer identifications to verify legal drinking age and practice responsible alcohol service.
•
Maintain Cafe Appearance :
Keep the bar and dining areas spotless, stocked, and ready for service. Requirements & Qualifications
•
Experience :
recommended but not required a minimum of 2 years of experience working as a bartender or server, ideally in a cafe setting.
•
Skills :
Strong knowledge of beer styles tap system troubleshooting, and basic point-of-sale (POS) systems.
•
Stamina :
Physical ability to stand for long shifts, move quickly between the bar and tables, and lift cases of beer.
•
Certification :
Valid local alcohol server certification (e.g., TIPS, ServSafe Alcohol) required; training and certification support provided for qualified candidates as needed.
•
Schedule :
Flexibility to work flexible shifts, including late afternoons, weekends, and holidays.
Pay:
$7.50 - $7.80 per hour
