Job Description
Forest Hills Country Club is seeking a friendly, professional, and dependable Bartender to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate enjoys providing excellent service, has strong knowledge of beverages and cocktails, and takes pride in creating a welcoming experience for members and guests. Responsibilities Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages. Provide courteous, attentive service to members and guests. Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar. Take orders and process payments accurately. Follow all applicable food, beverage, sanitation, and safety procedures. Monitor inventory and communicate restocking needs. Work effectively with servers, kitchen staff, and management. Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude. Qualifications Previous bartending or food-and-beverage experience preferred. Strong customer-service and communication skills. Knowledge of classic cocktails and beverage preparation. Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment. Must be dependable and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Must meet applicable legal requirements for serving alcoholic beverages.
