Endeavor Hotel Group, LLC is currently seeking a motivated, outgoing and energetic individual to join their team as a Barback for the Wyndham Executive Center, located in Columbia, Missouri! The Barback position supports bartenders by ensuring the bar remains fully stocked, clean, and organized throughout service while assisting with opening and closing duties as needed. This role is essential to maintaining efficient bar operations and delivering excellent customer service through bar setup, restocking supplies, and maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment.

Specific job responsibilities include:

• Restock beer, liquor, wine, mixers, garnishments, and other bar supplies.
• Replenish ice bins and maintain adequate inventory levels throughout shifts.
• Collect and wash glassware, bar tools, and service equipment.
• Assist with bussing tables and running food if needed.
• Keep bar areas clean, organized, and sanitary.
• Remove trash and recycling as needed.
• Assist bartenders with opening and closing procedures.
• Transport products and supplies from storage areas to the bar.
• Support bartenders during peak service periods to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Follow all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations. The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:
• High school diploma or relevant experience preferred, but not required.
• Previous restaurant or bar experience preferred, but not required.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Flexibility to work different shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
