As a Barback, you will play a crucial role in supporting our bartenders and enhancing the overall guest experience. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy staying active, we want to hear from you! What You'll Do Keep all bar stations fully stocked with liquor, beer, wine, mixers, ice, and garnishes. Assist bartenders by promptly responding to their needs during service. Change kegs and replenish inventory throughout the night. Collect and wash glassware while maintaining a clean, organized workspace. Remove trash, break down boxes, and uphold cleanliness throughout the bar. Restock supplies before, during, and after service. Assist with opening and closing duties as needed. Collaborate closely with bartenders, servers, security, and management to ensure smooth operations. Adhere to responsible alcohol service guidelines and all company safety procedures. What We're Looking For Previous barback, restaurant, bar, or hospitality experience is preferred but not required. Able to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift. Comfortable working in a loud, fast-paced nightclub environment. Strong work ethic with the ability to stay organized under pressure. Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed.
