Key Responsibilities Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and premium spirits quickly and accurately. Deliver exceptional customer service while creating a fun, energetic atmosphere. Engage with guests and build relationships that encourage repeat business. Recommend premium spirits, specialty cocktails, and featured promotions. Accurately handle cash, credit card, and POS transactions. Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar throughout service. Verify guest identification and serve alcohol responsibly in accordance with Missouri liquor laws. Collaborate with barbacks, servers, security, and management to ensure seamless operations. Assist with opening, closing, inventory, and bar setup as needed. Requirements Previous bartending experience in a high-volume bar, restaurant, or nightclub preferred.
