ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain balanced cash drawer. Follow all inventory procedures. Complete daily Bartender duties. Follow all health sanitation laws and keep your area neat. Comply with state liquor laws. Perform all job functions in a safe and responsible manner. Keep your work areas clean and free of safety hazards, debris and litter. Meet attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to regulatory, department, and company policies. Present a courteous and friendly appearance to customers. Maintain professional image and appearance at all times. Any job demands made by your Supervisor, Lead, or Management. Any reasonable request by your immediate Supervisor or any Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. All Employees must be knowledgeable to all Company policies and procedures, including fire and safety regulations. Must be at least 21 years of age. Excellent customer service and employee skills are essential. Must be able to get along with co-workers and work as a team. Must present a well-groomed appearance. Must be at least 21 years of age.
