Qualifications :

21 years or older Flexible Schedule 2 years+ dining room or liquor sales experience preferred 1 year+ bartending experience preferred (Pour test will occur during interview) Understanding of basic cocktail recipes and standard bartending procedures Able to work on feet/walk/stand constantly Able to efficiently multitask while delivering high quality service Lift up to 50 pounds, bend, lift, push, pull at any time throughout the shift Highly dedicated to helping guests and team Motivated to reach a common goal with our team Monday through Sunday PM/ Evening availability is required (Does not need to be everyday, or can, that is up to you!)

Responsibilities :

Knowledgeable in all areas of food, refreshments, & service Able to anticipate the guests needs and provide a genuine hospitality experience Communicate clearly with our guests and fellow team members Punctual to all scheduled shifts and meetings Process accurate orders while friendly and attentive Accurately build and serve all cocktails & drinks Build guest-to-restaurant relationships Provide a dining experience that meets and/ or exceeds guest expectations Assist in tasks to ensure a sanitized, safe environment
