You will mix margaritas and cocktails, serve beer and alcohol-free drinks, and bring attentive hospitality to evenings and weekends that can move quickly. What you'll do Welcome guests, take food and drink orders, and make useful recommendations from the menu. Prepare margaritas, classic cocktails, and alcohol-free drinks consistently to recipe. Check identification and follow responsible alcohol-service and house procedures. Keep the bar stocked, clean, and organized; monitor ingredients and communicate shortages. Handle payments accurately and coordinate timing with the kitchen and service team. Complete opening and closing work, support teammates, and resolve guest concerns with care. What you bring Bartending or comparable restaurant service experience; familiarity with tequila, mezcal, and Mexican beer is helpful. Warm, confident communication and a genuine interest in helping guests enjoy the visit. Ability to work cleanly and accurately during a rush without losing track of service.
