Duties Prepare and serve a signature alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with established recipes and safety standards Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to promote a positive atmosphere Operate Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently Manage cash handling, cashiering, and basic math calculations for transactions Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling regulations Monitor guest behavior to ensure responsible serving, especially in nightclub or banquet settings Assist with food service when needed, including serving food or catering support during events Keep track of inventory levels and communicate supply needs for smooth bar operations Qualifications Proven experience in food service or hospitality environments, preferably with fine dining or nightclub experience Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is highly desirable Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and active listening abilities Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Ability to perform basic math calculations for cash handling and retail math tasks Previous banquet or catering experience is a plus, demonstrating versatility in food industry settings Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and special events such as banquets or parties Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences through lively service and genuine hospitality.
